Going for a run, getting in a few om’s and downward dogs or pumping iron? Kudos! While you’re taking care of your body, it’s equally important to care for your skin — both before and after your workout. Here are our top tips, tricks and product picks for your pre and post workout skincare routine.

PRE WORKOUT

Step 1: Cleanse. Make sure your skin is free of makeup, since the combination of sweat, oil and makeup can clog pores and cause breakouts.
