We sat down with Chantilly’s founder, Claire Bailey, to talk about the journey behind their growth, their partnership with Murad, and the philosophy that drives their success.

 

With four successful clinics, what has been the driving force behind your growth and ongoing success?

Our growth has been fueled by a genuine passion for the beauty industry, a commitment to delivering exceptional client care, and a strong focus on education. We’ve built a trusted brand by staying consistent, results-driven, and client-focused. As we’ve expanded, our priority has always been to maintain quality and connection across every location.

You’ve chosen to implement Murad across your business. What inspired that decision, and how does Murad align with your vision and values?

Murad stands out for its science-backed formulations and commitment to skin health. It aligns perfectly with our goal to deliver both results and long-term wellness for our clients. The range allows us to treat a wide variety of concerns while staying true to our values of integrity, education, and performance.

You lead a large team across multiple locations. How do you keep your team engaged, connected, and aligned with your business goals?

We focus heavily on communication, culture, and leadership development. Regular team check-ins, goal-setting, and in-house mentoring programs help everyone stay aligned. We also make time to celebrate wins and invest in our people, which creates a strong sense of belonging and motivation across all clinics.

How do you view the role of education within your business, and how do you ensure your team continues to grow professionally?

Education is the foundation of everything we do. We host regular training sessions, partner with industry leaders, and offer career progression pathways. Owning a training academy also allows us to provide our team with direct access to upskilling opportunities and stay ahead of trends and techniques.

You’re currently undertaking your MBA. How has this journey helped shape your business mindset or influence the way you lead?

Studying my MBA has helped me see the business through a more strategic lens. It’s shifted my focus from day-to-day operations to big-picture thinking and long-term growth. It’s also improved the way I manage finances, lead my team, and design systems that support sustainable success.

What motivates you each day as a business owner, and what goals are you currently striving towards both personally and professionally?

Seeing our team grow and clients achieve real results is what inspires me most. Right now, I’m focused on launching our new Flow Facial range, expanding our education offerings, and refining our systems with the future in mind. Personally, I’m aiming for more balance and continued learning as both a mum and business leader.

With two young children and four successful businesses, how do you approach work–life balance? What’s your secret to managing it all and staying sane?

I’ve learned to accept that balance looks different every week. I lean on strong routines, a supportive team, and a mindset of progress over perfection. Some days I’m nailing it, other days I’m surviving with caffeine and concealer. My secret is knowing my limits, asking for help, and not trying to do it all alone.

And finally, what advice would you give to other clinic owners or entrepreneurs just starting out in the aesthetic space?

Focus on your client experience, stay consistent with your message, and never stop learning. Build a strong foundation, surround yourself with people who lift you, and trust the process. Growth takes time, but staying authentic and education-focused will always set you apart.
