    "I had high hopes for this product, but it completely ruined my skin. After just one application, I developed redness, burning, and painful irritation. It felt like a chemical burn and left my face inflamed with new breakouts. This is supposed to help with scars, not create new damage! My skin was doing fine before this—now I need to heal from this product. Absolutely not worth the risk. If you have even slightly sensitive skin, STAY AWAY. Murad should be more transparent about how harsh this formula is. Waste of money and now I have to repair my skin barrier because of it."
