  • It’s simple! Go to the referral landing page module. Enter your email address, then your friend’s email address, and send the offer.

  • Your friend must use the referral link found in the email that they receive and/or the referral code in the popup banner for your friend to get their credit. Your friend has to shop on murad.com.au and spend $100 on their first purchase within 30 days of receiving their code.

  • Once you send the offer, your friend(s) will receive an email with the offer code via the link in the email.

  • When your referral friend shops through your referral link, uses the referral code and spends $100 on their first purchase, your $20 off $100 purchase reward will be sent to you via email to enjoy.

  • On the referral tab on the Refer a Friend module, in your account, or under your rewards activity on murad.com.au

  • To specifically redeem your refer a friend offer, shop and enter your unique coupon code (provided in your email) at checkout.

  • If you have not received your reward credit, that is because your referral friend has not placed an order using the coupon code, or they are not eligible because they are a current customer. You may log onto your account to check status, or contact Customer Service at info_au@murad.com or 1-800-687-237 for further details.

  • You can access your code via your referral email.

  • Yes, your reward expires 30 days after you’ve received your email.

  • Yes, exclusions apply. Coupon is available to be redeemed for regular priced products and for a purchase threshold of $100. Coupon cannot be stacked with other promotional codes. Referral must be a new customer for reward credit to be activated.
