Charlotte leads the Murad PRO channel in Australia, bringing over 21 years of experience across the beauty, skin and aesthetics industry.

 

Her career spans almost every layer of the professional space — from the treatment room to leadership and education, from clinic ownership to operations, social media, e-commerce and scaling businesses for growth. She has worked closely with independent clinics, franchisees, franchisors and teams of all sizes, and has stepped into KOL, speaking and panel roles along the way.

 

Charlotte is deeply passionate about empowering women within the industry, particularly business owners and leaders, to back themselves, make confident decisions and thrive independently and unapologetically.

 

She strongly believes that while the industry is often underestimated, the knowledge professionals hold around skin, health, stress and behaviour is incredibly powerful. And it is changing lives every single day.

 

Today, Charlotte heads up Murad PRO Australia, supporting clinics and practitioners not just through product, but through education, strategy and long-term partnership.

 

Outside of work, she’s a devoted dog mum, a very doting aunty, and someone who values self-care and balance — whether that’s time at Pilates, beach walks, or creating space to reset. These practices underpin how she shows up as a leader, supporting others with energy, clarity and intention.

 

Her leadership is grounded in honesty, growth, real conversations and an unwavering belief in the women and businesses she supports.

 

 

Elise Gehle

Business & Education Manager NSW

 

With over 14 years in the aesthetic and beauty industry, Elise’s career has spanned hands-on clinical work, formal education, and senior leadership roles, all grounded in a deep respect for skin health and integrity.

 

One of the most defining chapters of her career was leading a national team of injector nurses, where she oversaw product education, training strategy and multiple new product launches. This experience strengthened her passion for education, mentorship and ensuring clinicians feel confident, supported and aligned with best practice.

 

Elise is known for building strong, long-standing professional relationships and for working closely with clinics to support growth — not just in sales, but in consultation skills, confidence and sustainable business strategy.

 

Her journey with Murad has been especially meaningful, surrounded by intelligent, supportive women who genuinely empower one another. Murad’s commitment to innovation, clinical science and results-driven skin health aligns seamlessly with Elise’s own values.

 

Beyond work, Elise is a proud mum to a 20-year-old son and a 2.5-year-old daughter. As a working mother, she brings empathy, perspective and understanding to every partnership — knowing that behind every business owner is a person juggling many moving parts.

 

 

Jaime Payne

Business & Education Consultant QLD

 

Jaime’s journey in skin began at just 18, working as a retail consultant on cosmetic counters — an experience that sparked a lifelong passion for skin health.

 

After completing her Diploma in Beauty Therapy with a focus on advanced skin treatment, Jaime joined Caci Clinics New Zealand, where she was first introduced to Murad. During this time, she attended conference sessions with Dr Murad himself — a defining experience that cemented her belief in the brand’s science and philosophy.

 

At just 24, Jaime became the owner of Caci Clinic Hamilton East, stepping into leadership, business ownership and team management. This chapter shaped her far beyond the treatment room, building resilience and a deep understanding of what it takes to run a values-driven clinic.

 

Now, more than 25 years after her first introduction to Murad, Jaime remains deeply passionate about the brand and its impact. With experience across advanced skin therapy and business ownership, she is committed to supporting professionals in building careers — and businesses — that are not only successful, but deeply fulfilling.

 

Outside of Murad, she is a proud mum to a 13-year-old human boy, four fur kids, and a life lived between cultures. A Kiwi by birth and an Aussie by choice, she honours her Scandinavian heritage through Viking-era historical reenactment. From medieval festivals to the battlefield, she shares the craft, skills and spirit of Viking life — with the occasional designer handbag thrown in.

 

 

Jessie Metcalfe

PRO Support & Customer Care 

 

Jessie has spent over 23 years in the beauty industry, beginning her journey at just 16 years old. From brows, nails and lash perms (lifts) to advanced skin health, her passion for beauty and skin was evident from the very beginning.

 

At 19, Jessie’s own skin journey led her to a deeper understanding of the powerful connection between skin health, internal wellbeing and lifestyle. This sparked a lifelong commitment to a holistic approach to skin — one built on strong foundations, education, consistency and personalised care.

 

Throughout her career, Jessie has worked alongside doctors, nurses and medical spas, and went on to open and successfully run her own salon for five years. One of her proudest moments was selling that business to a team member she personally trained. A true reflection of her commitment to education and empowerment.

 

Now a mum of two, Jessie continues to balance family life with her passion for supporting women in this industry. Empowering women through education, confidence and strong foundations isn’t just her work — it’s her purpose.
