International Women’s Day 2026: Why Murad Gives to Gain

As Head of Marketing at Murad, I’m constantly reflecting on what truly drives our brand forward. Innovation matters. Results matter. Growth matters.

 

But if I’m honest, none of those things happen in isolation.

 

They happen because we give.

 

For International Women’s Day 2026, the theme “Give to Gain” feels deeply aligned with Murad’s philosophy. Because for us, generosity isn’t a campaign message - it’s how we operate. And it’s how we grow.

 

Giving Knowledge. Gaining Confidence.

 

At Murad, education has always been at the heart of what we do. From our founder, Dr. Howard Murad, to our global clinic partners today, we believe informed skin is empowered skin.

 

When we invest in training, clinical education, and product innovation for our Murad Clinics, we’re not simply supporting businesses - we’re strengthening a community of women-led experts who, in turn, empower their clients daily.

 

When a clinic feels supported, they deliver better consultations.

One of the things I’m most proud of is the collaborative culture within our Murad Clinic network.

As I reflect on what “Give to Gain” means to me personally, it also connects to where I am in my own skin journey.

 

As women, our skin evolves - through stress, career growth, motherhood, hormonal changes, ageing. And so should our skincare. Confidence doesn’t look the same at 25 as it does at 45 or 55 - but it matters just as much.
